Patties   Our hamburger patties come as Regular, Lean & Extra Lean Salisbury. 

Quality   All of our sausages and patties are made with the leanest trim, finest spices, all with no added preservatives.  You'll find them on the counter "fresh, frozen".  We don't believe in keeping our fresh sausages and patties over one day. They are made that day, sold that day, or frozen that day.   No MSG is added to our products.

Wild Game    We can custom cut your wild game to your preference. 

Domestic  Bring in your beef, lamb, pork and we will cut it to your specifications.
